Agency Funding Opportunities
Thank you for interest in funding opportunities with United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. We appreciate your interest in partnering with United Way to improve lives and communities in Southeastern Pennsylvania. To learn more about United Way’s plans for working with community agencies to make a difference in our region, please see our Agenda for Community Solutions.
At this time, United Way is not accepting applications for funding, but is planning to launch its next three year funding cycle in early fall 2010 for funding to be awarded in spring 2011. The first part of the new process will include a pre-screening tool to help agencies determine the possible likelihood of funding.
Please continue to check this site for updated information on United Way’s
next funding opportunities. To receive notification of United Way and other funding
opportunities, as well as other information of interest to human services agencies
in our region,
email whatmattters@uwsepa.org to
sign up for What
Matters, United Way’s weekly e-newsletter.
Organizations will be automatically signed up for What Matters when they
join R2S2, the Regional Registry for Social Services. R2S2 is an online
tool for
data collection and analysis relating to health and human services organizations
in the region. R2S2 is sponsored by United Way, the William Penn Foundation,
The Philadelphia Foundation, Delaware Valley Grantmakers, and the Nonprofit
Finance Fund. In order to be considered for any future United Way funding,
your agency must register with R2S2. Organizations can join R2S2 by completing
an online questionnaire.
Click here to register with R2S2.
Donor Choice
You may obtain a United Way Donor Choice number, if your organization does not already have one. Donors can use the number to direct some or all of their charitable gifts to your agency through United Way’s Donor Choice program, a component of our annual workplace fundraising Campaign.
Click here to find out more about receiving a Donor Choice number.
If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact Sonjeya Fitzgerald, Associate Director of Grants Administration at 215-665-2644 or sfitzgerald@uwsepa.org. Once again, thank you for your interest in United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
