Welcome to United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and thank you!
Together we are embarking on a journey that will make an incredible mark on your community, your company and yourselves. Your role as Employee Campaign Chair (ECC) is key to our success. You are our messenger for change – the eyes, the ears and the voice of the community.
Without you, we simply could not reach the individuals you work with – in businesses across Southeastern Pennsylvania – and unite those who want to make a difference.
At the same time, we know that as an ECC, taking on the responsibility of your company’s fundraising campaign is a lot of work in addition to the job you do each day.
We are here to support you with everything you may need to help make your company’s campaign a success. We can’t thank you enough for your time and commitment. It is your effort in the workplace that will directly impact our ability to affect positive change in the community.

When you register as an ECC with United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, you join a network of professionals committed to ensuring a successful future for our region.
Unlike any other orientation you've attended, our new 2009 ECC Orientations are a whole new experience. You will receive not only the tools you need to run a successful workplace campaign, but you will also become an expert on:
- the direction of long-lasting change in our region's nonprofit community.
- United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s funding process.
- the freshest and most successful fundraising methods employed by companies and organizations just like yours.
